Alice Hodge Calcutt

Alice Hodge Calcutt, 85, of Florence, passed away on Friday, March 06, 2015 at McLeod Regional Medical Center after an illness. Mrs. Calcutt was born in Clarendon County, SC, a daughter of the late Phillip Hodge and Mae Belle Rogers Hodge. She was a member at Beulah Free Will Baptist Church in Pamplico. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Dora Jean. Surviving are her children, Cheryl (Larry) Jackson of Florence, Wally Calcutt of Darlington and Mary Linda (Harry) King of Florence; her sister, Mary Long of Florence; ten grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 9, 2015, at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home Chapel.Burial will follow at Florence Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. on Monday at the funeral home and other times at the residence of Cheryl Jackson, 2949 Boxwood Avenue, Florence, SC.
