Agnes Bagnal Folk

Agnes Bagnal Folk, 82, of Florence, passed away on Thursday, April 15, 2021. Mrs. Folk was born in Manning, SC a daughter of the late Robert Lee Bagnal and Nina Thames Bagnal.She graduated from Winthrop College in 1960 as a Registered Dietician and married Tommy M. Folk, Jr. on July 3rd that same year.She worked for McLeod food service for years and retired from HeadStart as a dietician.She was a member of the Lions Club, Women of ELCA on church and state level, and a Lutheran youth advisor. Surviving are her husband, Tommy; children, Tommy M. Folk, III, Sallie B. Folk, and Robert W. (Mary B.) Folk; grandchildren, Elizabeth (Chris) Thompkins and Erin Kelley; sister, Mary B. Snowden. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday, April 18, 2021 at St. Luke Lutheran Church with the family to receive friends in the fellowship hall immediately following the service.Burial will be held at 11:00 am Monday, April 19, 2021 at Rosemont Cemetery in Newberry, SC.
