Randolph “Randy” Drew Florence, SC Randolph “Randy” Drew, 76, of Florence, passed away on Sunday, December 4, 2016 at the McLeod Hospice House. Mr. Drew was born in Florence, SC a son of the late Horace A. Drew and Mary Johnson Drew.He was a US Army veteran having served from 1962 – 1968 and retired from CSX after 39 years. He loved helping people, fishing, flea marketing, piddling and pets. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Russell Evans; sister, Margaret Gainey; brothers, John W. Drew and Bobby S. Drew. Surviving are his wife, Pearl Drew of Florence; sons, Thomas “Andy” Evans and Robbie (Kim) Evans, both of Florence; grandchildren, Justin Evans, Drew Evans, Spencer Evans, Blake Evans and Kacey Johnson; brothers, Burnie (Ruth) Drew of Darlington, Carl (Marie) Drew of Fayetteville, NC and Rudolph (Martha) Drew of Florence. Memorials may be made to the McLeod Hospice House, PO Box 100551, Florence, SC 29502. The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday in the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home Chapel.Burial will follow in the Mount Hope Cemetery.
